In-Store Rates:

Bench Fee for Desktops – $50
Covers the first 1/2hr of labor on a Desktop system in our shop

Bench Fee for Laptops – $75
Covers the first 45 minutes of labor on a Laptop system in our shop

In-House Labor Rate – $99/hr
Our in-store hourly labor rate for all computer systems

On-Site Rates:

On-Site Service Rate – $125/hr
Our on-site hourly labor rate for computers and networks

On-Site (Local Service) – $99/hr
Our Local on-site hourly labor rate for computers and networks

Hardware Repair

Our techs are experienced professionals who perform complete hardware diagnostics to determine the root cause of your computer problems. We offer repair and upgrade services for all types of computer systems.

Turn-around time

In general, our technicians will be able to look at your system within 24 to 48 hours after you drop it off.
We offer an appointment-based service as well. Give us a call, and we can schedule a time for you to bring your system in.
